Refund policy

1. We Accept Exchanges
All sales made through EmerisPrime are considered non-refundable. However, we do offer exchanges if you purchase the wrong size or if there was an error on our part. If you encounter any issues, please don't hesitate to contact customer support at customer_support@emerisprime.com, so we can resolve the matter. This policy applies unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by applicable laws.
Changes to Sizes: Once an order is confirmed, the size of the item(s) cannot be modified. Please double-check and ensure the correct size is selected during the order placement.
Refund/Return Policy: We have an exchange policy in place, In the rare instance of an error on our part during packaging. If such an occurrence arises, kindly contact us at customer_support@emerisprime.com for assistance.
Lost Packages: We cannot assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are shipped. Upon purchase, the buyer assumes full responsibility. If any issues arise, please reach out to USPS or your local Postal Carrier for assistance in locating or reporting a lost package.
Incorrect Addresses: EmerisPrime holds no liability for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer during checkout. In the event of an invalid address preventing shipment, the buyer must contact us within 1 day with a valid address to avoid forfeiture of items. Failure to do so will result in the items being forfeited without eligibility for reclamation, refund, or credit.
Returned Mail: For immediate assistance, contact us at customer_support@emerisprime.com. In case a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for contacting us to arrange a reshipment. Additionally, the buyer bears the entire cost of reshipping the order. After 14 days, returned items will be considered forfeited without eligibility for reclamation, refund, or credit.
2. Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If any issues are identified, please contact us immediately within 14 days of purchase at customer_support@emerisprime.com. We will promptly assist you in evaluating the situation and finding a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or alternative arrangement. Also, to ensure better visibility, we are currently addressing the problem of illegible neck tags on T-Shirts. Washing instructions for these products can be found on our website. 3. False Chargebacks
We kindly request that customers refrain from initiating false chargebacks. False chargebacks are strictly prohibited and will result in appropriate action being taken against the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who file false chargebacks.
