Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our shipping policy. This Shipping Policy outlines important information regarding the shipping of products ordered from our website. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. Thank you. 

1. Shipping Methods, Timeframes and Order Processing 

Please note that the estimated delivery timeframes are based on business days and may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances. We strive to process and ship all standard orders within 3 business days of receiving them. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks to receive your order. 

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking information, if available.

Due to an increase in orders during sale seasons, emerisprime.com cannot guarantee uninterrupted shipment. Any delays caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or other issue beyond-control of EmerisPrime.  

Pre-made Orders.

  1. Pre-made Orders: Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be processed and shipped.
  2. Pre-order Items: If you have ordered a pre-order item, please allow up to 15-24 business days for your order to be shipped after the pre-order window closes. The closing of the pre-order window usually occurs on Fridays for that week's batch. Please note that the product will be clearly marked as a pre-order item.

International Orders: For international orders, please note that we are not responsible for any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. We regret to inform you that we will not be able to issue refunds for international orders due to unpaid customs fees.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.

4. International Shipping

For international orders, please be aware that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check with your country's customs office for more information on these additional charges.

5. Order Tracking

For orders shipped using a trackable shipping method, a tracking number will be provided to you via email after your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website. Also, tracking is available on our website under the "Tracking" tab. Simply input your information to access the status of your order.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We will not be responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

7. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible at customer_support@emerisprime.com , and we will do our best to assist you.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: We cannot assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are shipped. Upon purchase, the buyer assumes full responsibility. If any issues arise, please reach out to USPS or your local Postal Carrier for assistance in locating or reporting a lost package.
